Submission Instructions
Interested contractors should submit their proposals to smarthighway@dot.gov by 5:00 PM EST on June 30, 2024. Proposals must include detailed technical specifications, safety assessments, traffic flow simulations, and a phased implementation plan. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 15, 2024, at the Department of Transportation headquarters.
